Lapis Carbon Solutions LP (“Lapis Carbon Solutions or the “Company”) is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. The purpose of this Sustainability Policy (the “Policy”) is to set out our core sustainability commitments that guide our operations. This Policy applies to Lapis Carbon Solutions LP, our parent and subsidiary companies and our employees.

Policy Statement

We consider, evaluate, and monitor the environmental, public health, safety, cultural, and social impacts associated with our carbon capture and sequestration operations. We respect the human rights of all who might be affected by such activities. We operate responsibly and professionally with a focus on continuous improvement, transparency, and efficiency as we work to achieve our sustainability goals.

   Lapis Carbon Solutions is committed to managing and minimizing the environmental impact from our operations. We integrate environmental considerations into our business planning and implement practices to monitor, measure, and evaluate our performance.

   Our people are our greatest asset; therefore, Lapis Carbon Solutions commits to maintaining a safe working environment where employees feel welcome, respected and have opportunities for personal development. Lapis Carbon Solutions commits to incorporate sustainability across its whole value chain, including pursuing business partners that uphold similar values and policies. 3. Corporate Governance
   Lapis Carbon Solutions complies with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards relating to its operations and business. Additionally, we implement appropriate policies to guide how we conduct business, including implementing risk management processes. Lapis Carbon Solutions is committed to engaging and collaborating with our stakeholders and supporting reporting frameworks that align with our investor and stakeholder interests.

Oversight and Implementation

Lapis Carbon Solutions’ Chief Executive Office shall provide the oversight, execution, and, when necessary, the reevaluation, of this Policy. The Board of Directors oversees Lapis Carbon Solutions’ overall sustainability policies, approach, and reporting.
